Meadowmont Village Center
Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Meadowmont is a 400-Acre master planned TND Development on the Highway 54 gateway into Chapel Hill. As the centerpiece of the development, the Village Center is designed as a festive pedestrian-oriented marketplace organized around a "Village Green/Main Street." Both living units and office space are located above ground level retail.

510 Glenwood
Raleigh, North Carolina
This seven story, 145,000 SF mixed-use development is located in the South Glenwood corridor. The project consists of ground level retail, two levels of office and three levels of living units. Also part of the project is a five-story, 450 car parking structure. The offices of JDavis Architects are in 510 Glenwood.

Capitol Park
Raleigh, North Carolina
Capitol Park represents a $30 million Hope VI Grant from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The grant funded the demolition of an 850-unit Public Housing Project and the construction of a New Urbanist Development that mirrors the fabric of the adjacent neighborhoods. JDavis was responsible for the planning and architecture of multiple housing types, community buildings, offices, and central neighborhood park.

410 Market Street
Chapel Hill, North Carolina
This building frames the northeast corner of the Central Green of Southern Village, a 400 acre traditional neighborhood development. Designed to be the flagship building of Southern Village, it features 15,000 SF of retail, a two-story atrium entry, and direct access to the central Village Green.
