A three-story, 54,000 SF, multi-tenant office building dramatically sited at the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Shannon Road. A combination of brick, glass and metal panels were used to create a dynamic presence on its site. The use of maple, mahogany and granite on the interior are warm and inviting.

This 75,000 SF office building consists of 5,000 SF of retail space on the first floor and includes basement parking. It is part of a nine building, mixed-use development consisting of office, retail and residential space centered around a village square.

The second phase of a Class-A office development in North Raleigh included a two-story, 176 car parking deck. The curved precast concrete facade established a dramatic presence on Falls of the Neuse Road.
