JDavis Architects was established in 2001 in Raleigh, North Carolina to offer the integrated services of architecture, landscape architecture and interior design. With a commitment to design excellence, we are dedicated to partnering with our clients to create vibrant, livable communities with architecture of lasting value. The diversity of our experience is one of our leading attributes.  We are experts in the design of a wide range of project types that form the building blocks of the communities in which we undertake work. 

We are community designers at heart and have become leaders in the planning and architecture of walkable neighborhoods, mixed-use projects, and urban infill developments.  While our work is diverse, we approach each project with the same collaborative focus.  Our team approach and our commitment that each client be integral to discovering the most innovative and appropriate solution, is the cornerstone of our practice and the key to our continued success.

JDavis Architects practice has historically extended across North Carolina and the Southeast.  We opened a Philadelphia Studio in 2007 to more effectively serve our expanding clientele in the MidAtlantic Region.  The Philadelphia Studio is led by Daryl Carrington, PhD, AIA, LEED AP.  Mr. Carrington is also Director of Sustainable Design for JDavis Architects and provides firm-wide leadership in our commitment to the design of sustainable communities and high-performance architecture.

In 2008, we undertook our first international project in New Delhi, and are committed to an expanded practice in both India and China.
